Eighteen communities across York Region, Simcoe County, Durham, and Toronto. Every town, hamlet, and corridor below is a page we've kept — market snapshot, best neighbourhoods, schools, commute times, taxes, and the current MLS inventory. Thirty-seven years of listing and selling in these places, not a curated list of postcards.

Thirty-seven years in the same corridor. And the two north of it.
We've operated out of 16700 Bayview in Newmarket since 1989. That's a specific choice — north-of-Toronto family towns are the market we know down to the concession line, and Simcoe County and Durham are the two corridors our buyers move between. A $780K Barrie budget, a $1.7M Toronto move-down, a $2.4M King estate, a Uxbridge country parcel — these aren't unrelated markets. They're the same buyer, at different life stages, moving between them. Thirty-seven years of watching that pattern is what "since 1989" actually buys.
In their words
"Frank and his team don't mess around and will move mountains for you. The best humans I've ever had representing me on a sale."
