An example: 2 hours after meeting one evening after work, he already had his stager booked for the next morning and photographer lined up too (whereas the other agent said I had to contact his stager myself and set up the appointment...and they were booked solid for 3 weeks, and he had no alternative stagers so I was forced to stage my own home or push back listing by 3 weeks). Frank has people - good people - and a huge network to get everything done smoothly and efficiently.
